Accessible and with great proximity to Little Tokyo Mall we parked here for our morning adventure. If you suffer car damage or theft good luck filing a... Yeah the "customer service" here sucks but idk if that's even a standard here at a parking garage structure that smells of urine and despair. My friend and I parked here on a Saturday night and it took us over an hour to exit the structure.
