New gym is small and not as nice as the old facilities. Ok, this is getting long I have to wrap it up...the bathroom is small but nice, it has a heat lamp I turned on in the winter occasionally. Your unit may technically include a balcony but there's no use in using it with the noise and the dust run up outside.
