Moxie is home to two top 100 60+ masters athletes. The class times are extremely convenient, there's open gym all day, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Our athletes are diverse – masters track and field, ultramarathoning, swimming,  soccer, roller derby, and more. Complementary to each of our programs (CrossFit, Strong + Capacity), Moxie Comp is programmed for the experienced, advanced CrossFitter. Going on my seventh month of membership at moxie it still amazes me how far I have come. Our entire approach to fitness and health is rooted in our belief that CrossFit works and is good for our bodies (all human bodies, period.)

No CrossFit experience required. 4 individual athletes completed at Regionals while training at Moxie between 2012-2014. Class emphasis varies with daily programming.

If you're new to CrossFit, we offer a comprehensive Moxie Start-Up package to get you up to speed with foundational CrossFit knowledge of movement and methodology. Snatch and clean and jerk strength. Come early to mobilize, warm-up and get to know someone. This ensures safety for all of our members and provides a valuable resource to Open Gym members with movement questions or other gym concerns.
