The ushers are kindly old ladies who don't really know where your seat is. The theatre was built in the early 1900s and is deemed a historic building with no renovations to the seating area in terms of size of seats. I am short so next time I will ask for an isle seat. Beautiful theatre.

This is a great place to go for a show, definitely. However, I feel the Stanley Theater in Utica NY is much more historical.
I've never had an issue finding my seat, but theatre staff are also readily available to provide directional assistance to anyone having an issue. The inside of the theatre is amazing.
