I really hope not, for their sake. Ordered Mets and Cowboys gaiter on the 5th received today. Not much different than taking a cheap bed sheet and turning it into either item. The one and only positive about this company is that they'll give you a refund so you can spend your money elsewhere. Emails and direct messages are typically answered within 24-36 hours. They state that doing such guarantees your spot in line and that you will receive the item as soon as it arrives in their stock. Excellent customer service!! Bottom line is, I was frustrated and they made the situation right. I filed complaint with BBB and they didn't respond to them either. I've given 1 star because you have to give a rating otherwise I wouldn't even give that .I purchased a pair of sliders from this company in July 2020 for my husband,when they arrived they had a size 9/10 on the soles ,they were too big as the size guideline on their website was 8.5/9 .I emailed them asking to return them and asked if they would cover the postage as the mistake was not mine, I didn't hear back so after six working days I emailed again , 8 days later still nothing , I emailed them once again and have still had no reply but inbetween this time they had the audacity to email me asking for a review. Ordered the FOCO On-Field Adjustable Face Covering twice it is completely defective unwearable tag sewn to the bottom of the mask so it will not open all the way the folds are crooked off-centered the ear straps are unaligned the whole thing is crooked the sides don't line up with one another there is fabric tears on the corners it is faded and looks dirty it was actually sewn upside down this is how they are being shipped out i am warning and writing bad reviews to everyone to stay away and going to the Better Business Bureau they have no customer service and will not reply to emails and there website uses fake reviews. Finally got product that were overpriced and they are junk. Finally, you'll get an email a week or 2 later telling you they no longer have the product you're waiting on because they are dense as rocks and did not order enough of them. If I could give this absolute trash excuse for an "apparel company" a zero or negative 5 billion stars, I would. Took forever to get my order (over 3 months and almost 2 months after expected delivery date) and could not get any response to emails after several attempts.
