Crystal Plaza is just minutes from downtown DC, the Pentagon and Old Town Alexandria. Truly a memorable experience. Cocktail hour was unlike anything our guests had ever experienced. They provide the best and most amazing service throughout the event.
This was the FOURTH event that my family has hosted at Crystal Plaza and each time is better than the last--if that is even possible. The service at Crystal Plaza is one of a kind. Our wedding was just two nights ago (December 30, 2018) and the first thing I wanted to do post wedding was RAVE about this venue. My husband (for two days now!) -Al and Leslie. (sorry, mum). My son-in-law loved the personal butler, my bride loved her 'lady in waiting' attendant, and I finally knew that the months of planning were actually worth it! I don’t know where to start. There were no lines at the bars, and there was plenty of food to go around.

The funniest part is, I almost never saw her. I cannot say enough about Crystal Plaza. ready and kept me apprized of where I needed to be and when. She kept applying my lipstick, made sure every concern I had was dealt with , had a fresh drink on my table each time I walked away and came back , and the same went for my husband and his attendant G! We each had a personal attendant who made sure that we had what we needed for it to be a special day. <3, cannot stop talking about the wonderful service, great food, and how much of a beautiful venue it was! A Juliet balcony overlooks the scene—a highlight for pictures or wedding-bouquet throwing. The ballroom STUNNED. Now, on the day of, I met with my bridal attendant, Leslie...or shall I say superwoman. We would highly recommend the Crystal Plaza if you are looking for the dream wedding venue! We never had an empty hand throughout the entire night. From my perspective, the service was top quality. We cannot thank the Janoff family and the rest of the staff at Crystal Plaza for our dream come true that was our wedding day! There were never long lines at the bars because the servers were constantly making sure that everyone’s drinks were being refilled. She made sure i ate, that my face wasn't shiny during pictures, she helped me get into my dress and shoes, and even put cold towels on my neck throughout the day when i was sweating from dancing so much. Very organized. The service was great that day not only for us but also for our guests. Served on platters like a painters palette with all the sides. They just do whatever they can to make sure everyone feels special and that the event feels unique to the bride & groom. Leslie did EVERYTHING for me from spoon feeding me mac n cheese, to helping change dresses and use the restroom, to keeping my drinks full and patting my neck and shoulders down with a cool damp towel while on the dance floor! Crystal Plaza is the BEST wedding venue. The cocktail hour was perfect, and it was a nice touch having my husband and I eat in the upstairs room before heading downstairs to greet our guests.
